Netdetektiverne
Tracing missing persons
Since 2001 we have, at no cost, helped in finding missing persons, old friends, biological parents, children and siblings, half-siblings and other family members, for people from all over the world.
Netdetektiverne.dk is a modern, humanitarian internet project based in Denmark, we do not have any offices and as we are a group of unpaid volunteers working in our own free-time from home and using our own computer systems, you are only able to contact us via the internet or by telephone.
Our team consists of detectives, ancestry investigators, consultants and language translators.
A need for belonging and loss, is probably one of the strongest feelings that a human can have, therefore, it is a worldwide multi-million industry, from which both companies and individuals earn exorbitant amounts of money from, that we are competing with and hopefully able to set a good example in a world where far too many areas are governed by money.
Yearly we have about 80 cases and our success rate is on average 67%.
Please Note: Initiation of a new case cannot be created via E-mail, it must be sent via the questionnaire on this homepage. The questionnaire can be activated by clicking the above mentioned key.
Press articles
In Denmark, the project ”Netdetektiverne” is gathering recognition and also receiving positive mention in the national press for the humanitarian work it is performing.
Here are some examples of the headlines taken from the Danish Press, TV and Weekly Magazines:
“My life’s jigsaw is now complete”, “They find those who have vanished without trace”, “Found her son after 54 years” and “Internet-detectives find adoptive child’s family”

Collaboration
We seek the cooperation of detectives and investigators worldwide for a mutually beneficial partnership.
We are in a position to provide efficient and goal-orientated investigation of Danes Citizens. We are able to provide data such as names, spouse, address, personal web page, e-mail adress, the number of Danes with a particular name and property information.
In addition we can provide information on Danish legislation, and we can be a link between you and the Danish authorities, leaving you to concentrate on the result.
All our correspondence will be in English or Danish and only in writing – and our services are free of charge !
After all, everyone knows their own country best.
